We currently do not have a shipping guide to some pricing for some countries and provinces, and our system will not allow payments through. So what we say is that, you can pay by Pay Pal, a secure way to transact online. Pay Pal do have their own terms and conditions. We find it to be an integeral part of our business.

Dream Girl:- All orders for Dream Girl are placed on a monday by 12 noon. From items ordered to delivery takes 7 to 14 days turn around.
Hustler:- All orders for Hustler are placed on a monday by 12 noon. From items ordered to delivery takes 7 to 14 days turn around.
Vacari:- All orders for Vacari are placed on a monday by 12 noon. From items ordered to delivery takes 7 to 14 days turn around.

Returns:-
Frills of Fancy endeavours to supply premium quality products to our customers. In the event that you wish to return your item, you must do so within 7 days of dispatch, as by a cooling off period set by law. We do have proceedures and guidelines set out below to follow to insure the best service is maintained. Please start by contacting us by email at sales@frills-of-fancy.co.uk to receive your personal identification number, which you will need when contacting us, so we can track and correct your order.
1. The product is damaged or faulty. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the product reaches you in excellent condition occasionally products may be imperfect and need to be returned to us. If this is the case please contact us in the first instance via email to sales@frills-of-fancy.co.uk where we will issue you with a returns authorisation tracking number. This will ensure that your return is tracked and taken care of effectively. We will cover the cost of this return if the product is faulty. In which case we will we can either send you out a replacement oir refund your monies, according to your wishes.
2. The product you receive is not the one you ordered. If we have made a mistake and shipped the wrong product to you please email us and we will issue you with a returns authorisation tracking number. We will issue you with a returns authorisation number and if we are at fault we will cover the cost of the return shipping. In this case we can either send you out a replacement or refund your money according to your wishes.
3. The product does not fit, in the first instance please contact us by email at sales@frills-of-fancy.co.uk to get your personal returns authorisation number.
However:- For hygene reasons we are unable to accept returned panties / G-strings which do not form part of a set. Hoisery of any description will also not be accepted due to hygene reasons also, unless they have not been taken out of the package.
