How to Order
Online - Placing your order with us is very simple, and can be done as soon as you create an account with us, which is typically your name and delivery details. These details are not shared with or passed on to third parties. You can place your order online with us by browsing our catalogue and adding items to your trolly as you go. This is easy and efficient and your order will get e-mailed through to us and dealt with quickly.

How to Pay
By Credit or Debit Card - Payments are processed using an online secure payment system.
By Paypal - to sales@frills-of-fancy.co.uk
Payment - Legal title to the goods shall not pass to the buyer unless the seller has been paid in full.
When you have paid for your order
Each day at 12pm all orders placed over the previous 24hour period will be gathered, along with payment details and customer delivery specs, this includes whether you would to utilise our gift wrapping service. For which we do not share with any third parties. We will then proceed to place orders of that 24 hour period with relevant suppliers. Any items that are unavailable at this time will automatically be put on backorder for you and sent out as soon as they arrive in to our warehouse.
Your items will reach you between 7 to 14 days after your dated order. They will be packaged in grey plastic bags or plain brown boxes depending on the size of your order. In some circumstances we also use air filled pockets to protect your items from damage.
You can expect delivery by 1st Class Royal Mail.
